Carefully pack the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals and promotional inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, removing any old shipping barcodes.

Drop Off and Track

Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
